Updated this week

Product Settings

Taxes

Set sales taxes, special industry taxes, and optionally make them variable by product category or product potency levels/attributes. See Taxes for more information.

Generate Product Effects

  • Only available for industry = cannabis.

  • Enabling this will automatically generate product effects based on cannabis type.

  • See Effects for more info.

Show Product Effects

  • Only available for industry = cannabis.

  • Defaulted to ON, which shows effects.

  • If toggled OFF, all product effects will be removed from the menu including on the product details page, the terpene graph, and the product review page.

To Enable/Disable Reviews

See Product Reviews for more info.

  1. Navigate to Store > Settings > Products

  2. Scroll down to 'Enable Product Reviews'

  3. Toggle ON/OFF

To Enable/Disable Product Catalog

Only available for industry = cannabis. See Product Catalog for more info.

  1. Navigate to Store > Settings > Products

  2. Scroll down to the 'Enable Product Catalog' toggle

  3. Toggle to ON/OFF

Cart Upsell

Decide which products to show in the cart. Control which data source (Brands, Price, etc.) to prioritize or exclude. See Cart Upsell for more info.

Out The Door (OTD) Pricing

Displays tax-inclusive pricing on your menus. When enabled:

  • Product tiles and pages show the final price with taxes included

  • Cart shows info text: "Subtotal does not include taxes. A detailed tax breakdown will be displayed at checkout."

  • Checkout provides a detailed breakdown of the subtotal and taxes

Note: You can either show OTD pricing or not β€” there is no way to toggle between the two.

Low Stock Indicator

If inventory drops below 10 (Low Inventory Threshold), customers will see a message on the product details page (e.g. "Only 5 left"). You can toggle this ON/OFF here.

Show Out of Stock

When enabled: out-of-stock products remain accessible via direct URL but are hidden from menus and on-site search. This allows Google to continue indexing the page, helping preserve SEO value for temporarily unavailable products.

When disabled: out-of-stock products are removed from sitemaps and excluded from site navigation. Search engines will no longer index the product, and any existing search results will lead to a soft 404.
