How to Use Compliance Features
Navigate to the relevant settings areas within your AIQ Dashboard to configure compliance features as required by your state.
Category names
Some states have specific requirements for what you can call a category, you have full control over what name displays on your menu.
Purchase Limits
Purchase limits are used in regulated markets to determine and enforce the max amount of product that can be purchased.
Recreational / Non-Medical Terminology
"Recreational" is sometimes referred to as "Non-Medical" in certain states, we comply with these rules.
PIN Codes
PIN Codes must be used for self-service ordering in some states, see Kiosk settings.
Taxes
Taxes can be set per store to comply with your state's tax requirements.
California Prop 65
California requires a Prop 65 warning to be shown at checkout for certain product types. We comply with this rule.
California Senate Bill 540
California requires (per California Senate Bill 540) that you provide a brochure at ordering declaring the effects of Marijuana use. We comply with this rule.
Product Reviews
Some states don't allow product Reviews (for certain industries), this feature can be turned on/off.
Deals/Offers
Some states don't allow Deals/Offers (for certain industries), this feature can be turned on/off.
Cannabis Effects
Some states don't allow Cannabis Effects to be shown. This feature can be turned on/off.
Menu Age Gate
Certain industries require a Menu Age Gate, for which you can optionally require a Date of Birth input.
Regulated Terms in Communications
Regulated terms may not be used in certain communications (e.g. Order texts, our SMS chat feature), we disallow outgoing texts containing these terms.
Out The Door (OTD) Pricing
Out The Door (OTD) Pricing (or tax inclusive pricing) is required to be displayed in certain states. We have a setting to enable OTD pricing.
