How to Use Offers
AIQ Ecommerce Offers (aka Deals or Discounts) feature allows stores to set up various types of discounts for their customers.
Offers live at the organization/company level, so you can set up a discount at a single location, multiple locations, or all your locations, to help you keep things consistent across your org.
Reorder Offers on the Menu
You can organize the ordering of the offer tiles on consumer menus by using the reorder component: either enter in the number in the box or use the up/down arrows to change the order.
The order number assigned to each offer impacts its placement, with lower numbers appearing higher on the Offers page.
Offer Placement on the Offers Page
The placement of offers on the Offers page is controlled by the order number assigned to each offer. Offers with lower order numbers are given higher priority and appear closer to the top of the page. If a newly created offer is not appearing at the top, it may have been assigned a higher order number, placing it lower on the page.
How to Adjust Offer Placement:
Navigate to the Offer settings for the specific offer.
Locate the Order Number field.
Assign a lower order number to prioritize the offer and move it higher on the Offers page.
Offer Visibility on the Offers Page
Offers configured as "Sale" types do not appear as clickable links on the Specials page. Instead, these offers are listed under the Items on Sale section. Users need to scroll down to view these items. This behavior is by design and ensures that sale items are grouped together for better visibility within their designated section.
Preview an Offer on the Menu
To preview an offer you just created, click on the dropdown and select the store for which you want to preview. If you only have 1 store, that will be your only option in the dropdown.
Offer Analytics
You can view how well your offers performed in the redemption column on the Offers page, for more info see Offer Analytics.
Custom Offers Icon
Navigate to Menu > Categories > Offers
Here you will see the default offer icon and an option to Upload your custom icon.

Turning the Offers Category or Icon Off
Navigate to Menu > Categories
Toggle the Offers category to OFF to hide the entire category from the menu. OR if you want to still show on your menu, but remove from the category carousel, click into the detail and toggle OFF the

Duplicate Offers (aka copy, clone)
Navigate to Menu > Offers > Select the offer you'd like to copy
Click on the more menu (...) and select Duplicate
After duplication, you'll find an identical offer marked with 'copy of' before the title. The offer will be toggled OFF by default.
Make any edits to the products, schedule dates, offer stacking settings, etc.
Save your changes and activate the deal.
⚠️ Warning: If your offer contains a promo code, the promo code will duplicate to the new offer, but with '-copy' added at the end of the promo code. Don't forget to customize it with the promo code name of your choice!
