Effects
Product Effects (aka Feelings) will appear in the product details for certain products. These are clickable and filterable, so customers can view all products with the effect 'Creative', for example.
Here are the full list of Effects supported by AIQ Ecom:
Happy
Sleepy
Energized
Focused
Hungry
Pain Relief
Creative
Relaxed
Inspired
Anxiety
Not High

Manually Add Product Effects to a Product
Navigate to Menu > Products and click on the product
Click on the Advanced tab
Click on the Effects that you'd like to show (up to 3)
Save.
Automatically Generate Product Effects
If this setting is enabled (Store > Settings > Products > Generate Cannabis Effects), this will automatically generate product effects (e.g. Creative, Relaxed, etc.) for each product based on its Cannabis Type:
Cannabis Type | Effects Generated |
Indica | Relaxed, Hungry, Sleepy |
Hybrid Indica | Relaxed, Hungry, Sleepy |
Sativa | Energized, Inspired, Creative |
Hybrid Sativa | Energized, Inspired, Creative |
Hybrid | Energized, Creative, Happy |
CBD | Relaxed, Pain Relief |
🚨 Important: Some U.S. states prohibit showing product effects, so you should toggle this OFF if your store is in one of those states.
To Enable/Disable Product Effects
Navigate to Store > Settings > Products
Scroll down to the 'Generate Cannabis Effects' toggle
Toggle to ON/OFF
