Product Reviews

Allow customers to leave 1-5 star product reviews on your AIQ Ecommerce menu. Manage approval/rejection, export data, and automatic review emails are sent on order close.

How to Use Product Reviews

Customers can review products via a 1-5 rating, add their own text, add effects and optionally upload an image. These will show on your menu for other customers to see; you have control over what gets posted by being able to approve/reject reviews.

Collecting Product Feedback

Customers can leave product reviews directly from your menu at any time.

Additionally, AIQ Ecommerce automatically sends a follow-up email inviting customers to review their purchased products once the order reaches Closed status. This is sent within 24 hours.

To Enable/Disable Reviews

  1. Navigate to Store > Settings > Products

  2. Scroll down to 'Enable Product Reviews'

  3. Toggle ON/OFF

To Approve / Reject Reviews

  1. Navigate to Menu > Reviews

  2. You will see any Pending Reviews, by default.

  3. Select the review to see the details as well as approve or reject it.

  4. Note: You will see an indication that the customer was a verified purchase (we can tie that product back to their order).

Export Reviews

To export your review data to a CSV:

  1. Navigate to Menu > Reviews

  2. Use the filters to filter the reviews you'd like to download (optional, you can leave blank to download all)

  3. Click More (...)

  4. Click Export
