Managing Delivery Orders
On the orders tab, you can filter your delivery orders for the day by selecting 'Delivery' from the 'Order Types' filter.
Many locations use the orders CSV download to manage their delivery orders for the day. The CSV export includes the delivery address and any delivery notes. Download it from the Orders tab > More Menu > Export CSV.
Delivery Customer Requirements
If a customer chooses Order Type = Delivery, there are additional fields displayed at checkout:
Address: Required to complete the order. The address must fall within an active delivery zone.
Notes: Optional field that appears on the checkout page when delivery is selected.
Drivers License: Optional setting configured in order settings. If enabled, required for the customer to place a delivery order. This is an image upload that will appear in the order details slideout.
⚠️ Warning: AIQ Ecommerce does not do any automated checks to see if a driver's license is valid at upload. Your delivery team must manually check the image if required for your industry/state.
