Shipping Settings

Managing Shipping Orders
On the orders tab, you can filter your shipping orders for the day by selecting 'Shipping' from the 'Order Types' filter.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Customers will receive order and shipping confirmation emails after successfully placing a shipping order. If the EasyPost Integration is enabled, they will receive additional email updates for out-to-delivery and successful delivery, as well as tracking information. On the SMS side, customers will only receive a text when the order is out for delivery.
