On the orders tab, you can filter your shipping orders for the day by selecting 'Shipping' from the 'Order Types' filter.

Shoppers will receive order and shipping confirmation emails after successfully placing a shipping order. If the <a href="https://help.aiq.com/en/articles/13920762-easypost">EasyPost</a> Integration is enabled, they will receive additional email updates for out-to-delivery and successful delivery, as well as tracking information. On the SMS side, shoppers will only receive a text when the order is out for delivery.

Manage shipping orders in AIQ Ecommerce by filtering by Shipping order type. With EasyPost Integration, shoppers receive automated email and SMS updates with tracking info.
