Walk Up Orders

Use Walk Up Orders in AIQ Ecommerce to manually add in-store shopper orders. Including a phone number links the order to an existing CRM or creates a new one.


Walk Up Orders

Use Walk Up Orders to manually add orders for shoppers coming into the store.

  1. Navigate to Manage > Orders tab

  2. Select 'Add Order'

  3. This will open the New Order panel

  4. Enter in the shopper's name and phone number (optional).

  5. Select 'Add Items' to start the shopper's cart.

  6. Hit Save

ℹ️ Note: If you do not enter a phone number, AIQ Ecommerce will not create an Ecom Profile for this shopper, making it an anonymous order. If you include a phone number, we will connect that order to an existing Ecom Profile. If one doesn't exist, we will create a new Ecom Profile using the phone number as the unique ID.

📌 An Ecom Profile is the AIQ Ecommerce shopper record. It is separate from an AIQ Loyalty Persona, which is managed under Customers > Personas in the AIQ Loyalty platform.
