AIQ Ecommerce captures detailed customer profiles including personal info, contact details, tags, medical/government IDs, and full order history with stats.

Ecom Profile vs. Loyalty Persona: What's the Difference?

❌ No — Personas exist even without AIQ Ecommerce

✅ Yes — only created if your account has AIQ Ecommerce connected

⚠️ Using Dutchie or another third-party Ecommerce platform? If your organization uses Dutchie (or any non-AIQ Ecommerce solution) for online ordering, your shoppers will not have AIQ Ecom Profiles — those are only created via AIQ Ecommerce. Loyalty Personas and points still work independently via the POS integration. If you're unsure whether your account uses AIQ Ecommerce, check for an "Ecommerce" section in your left sidebar, or ask your Owner-level user.

How to Use the Ecom Profile

AIQ Ecom can capture detailed information about your shoppers, including: personal details, contact information, tags for categorization, and specific identifiers such as medical and government IDs.

Profile pictures can enhance the experience by providing for visual identification or personalization for your team. Staff can easily Edit Profiles from the Profile view to manage shoppers efficiently.

Order Stats and History

Included in the Ecom Profile is the shopper's Order Stats and Order History

  • Total Visits: Number of visits counted for the profile through AIQ Ecom

  • Lifetime Spend: The total amount the shopper has spent across all transactions

  • Average Spend: The typical amount the shopper spends in a single transaction

Selecting an order will take you to a detailed view including line items and order status
