How to Set It Up
1. Enable Integration
First, enable your loyalty integration via AIQ or Springbig.
2. Navigate to Loyalty Settings
Navigate to Store > Settings > Loyalty
3. Enable Loyalty
Configure the following settings:
Enable Loyalty Program: Allows customers to sign up and view their available points
Enable Discounts at Checkout: Allows customers to view available discounts at your locations
Enable Redemption Button at Checkout: Allows points to be redeemable in the user interface
Configure your branding and settings.
How to Use This Feature
Loyalty Opt-In Header
Customize the name of your program β this could be simply 'Loyalty' or something more branded like 'Evergreen Best Buds'.
Loyalty Opt-In Text
Cite your value proposition here: What will customers get if they join your loyalty program? For example: "Sign up to earn points with every purchase".
Loyalty Customer UX
Customers will be presented with the option to sign up for your loyalty program at checkout and in their profile section.
Once joined, they only need to enter their phone number and AIQ Ecommerce will automatically pull their loyalty points and show all rewards with selectable rewards enabled (if configured).
Customers do not need to sign up for an account to be part of your loyalty program β they just need to enter their phone number, which is required at checkout.
Your customers will need to sign up for loyalty through AIQ Ecommerce even if they have an existing account with your loyalty platform. This will not create a new account, but is required to give AIQ Ecommerce permission to pull loyalty points and allow marketing.

Do I need to enable loyalty on my ecommerce menu to use AIQ's Abandoned Cart functionality?
No. Simply enable the "Dispense" integration in AIQ to activate abandoned carts.
