AIQ Ecommerce currently integrates with Onfleet and Alleaves to power delivery. You can configure delivery zones, delivery time slots, and fees.
Delivery Management Integration
AIQ Ecom supports passing delivery details to both Onfleet and Alleaves delivery platforms. This step is optional — you do not need a last-mile delivery platform to enable delivery on your ecommerce menu.
Enable Delivery
Navigate to Store > Settings > Orders > Order Types
Check the box for 'Delivery'.

Delivery Available from Another Store
If your organization does not deliver from a particular store, but you want customers to check if delivery is available from other stores in your organization, toggle this on. AIQ Ecommerce will check a customer's address against all stores' delivery zones.
Delivery Zones
To set up delivery zones:
Navigate to Store > Settings > Delivery
Click the button 'Edit Zones'
You will see the map. Click the add button (+) in the upper right to create a new delivery zone.
Create New Zones
You can create delivery zones in the way that works best for your operations:
Draw geoJSON: Manually draw your delivery zone on the map.
Upload geoJSON: Upload a geoJSON file into AIQ Ecommerce.
Add by zip code: Enter zip codes you wish to deliver to. You cannot have the same zip code in multiple zones.
Add by city: Enter the cities you wish to deliver to. You cannot have the same city in multiple zones.
Searching Delivery Zones
Use the search bar to search your zones by name.
Editing Delivery Zones
Click Edit next to each delivery zone to configure its settings. For each zone, you can:
Name the zone
Add fees
Set a minimum delivery order amount
Set a minimum amount for free delivery
Deleting Delivery Zones
Select the checkbox(es) next to the zones you want to delete, or select all using the top checkbox. Then click the more options (...) and bulk delete.
Delivery Fees
Customizable: Set a name, amount, and whether it is taxable.
Multiple fees: Add as many fees as needed per zone.
⚠️ Warning: Marking a fee as taxable means the fee will be taxed based on your store's tax settings. This will not compound with your other taxes.
Delivery Minimum
Per zone, you can set a delivery minimum. Customers must have an order subtotal that exceeds this amount to place a delivery order.
Free Delivery Threshold
Configure a free delivery threshold. If a customer's subtotal (after discounts) exceeds the amount you set, delivery becomes free.
Delivery Time Slot Shut Off Time
Stop accepting orders a set number of minutes before each delivery window begins.
Navigate to Store > Settings > Orders > Delivery Orders
Select Before or After and input the number of minutes.
Save
Delivery Terms
Enter optional delivery terms to display to customers on the delivery modal.
Delivery Time Slots
Navigate to Store > Settings > Delivery
Click the button 'Edit Times'
You will see all time slots, defaulted to the 'Delivery' tab.
Customize which zones you would like to deliver to during which time slots.
FAQs
I created a delivery zone, but I do not see it represented on the map!
You will only see the zone on the map if you drew the geoJSON or uploaded a geoJSON file. Creating delivery zones by zip codes or cities will not show on the map.
