Delivery Zones via geoJSON

GeoJSON is a format for encoding geographic data structures. Use geoJSON files to map out specific coordinates for your delivery zones.

GeoJSON Use Cases

  • Distance from a point: Map a zone within a 15-minute drive from your store ($5 fee) and another within a 30-minute drive ($10 fee).

  • Snapping to a boundary (zip code, town lines): Deliver to neighborhood A but not neighborhood B (a commercial area), even if they're within the same zip code.

GeoJSON File Creation

There are many programs that can create geoJSON files. QGIS is a free, open-source option.

Note: One file is required per zone.

  1. Click the Upload button.

  2. Find your file and upload it.

  3. Click Save.
