Reviews Page
Reviews let you view, analyze, and export product-level customer feedback collected through AIQ. They provide insight into satisfaction, product performance, and buying behavior to support smarter merchandising and marketing decisions.
Filters
You can refine your review results using:
Dates — Filter reviews submitted within a specific timeframe
Avg Rating — Filter products by average rating
Review Count — Filter products by number of reviews
Product Reviews
Clicking on a product opens its detailed review view, where you can see:
Individual ratings and review submissions
Review timestamps
The specific customer persona who submitted the review (when identifiable)
This allows for deeper investigation into customer sentiment and behavior.
How to Download Reviews
Navigate to Customers > Reviews
Download all reviews
Click the more (...) menu
Select Download CSV
Download reviews for a specific product
Click into the product details
Click Download CSV in the left panel
