Data Analytics can be accessed by users with the following permissions:

  • Analyst

  • Marketing

  • Marketing + Analyst

  • Operator

  • Owner


Getting Started with AIQ Analytics

AIQ Analytics allows you to:

  • Analyze customer performance by audience

  • Compare time periods side-by-side

  • Evaluate product, category, and brand trends

  • Review predictive insights powered by machine learning

  • Monitor staff performance


AIQ Data Analytics Terms

Predicted Rank

  • Machine learning prediction of future performance for a product, category, or brand.

Predicted Order Value

  • Machine learning estimate of average order value from individuals within the selected audience.

Predicted Lifetime Value (LTV)

  • Machine learning prediction of long-term value from individuals within the selected audience.

Staff Insights

  • A tab showing retail-level staff performance and contribution metrics.


Before Using AIQ Data Analytics

Keep the following in mind:

  • Analytics improves as more data is collected and processed

  • New implementations may need time to generate meaningful predictive insights

  • Use analytics to inform audience segmentation and campaign targeting

  • Predictive insights can support inventory planning decisions (e.g., scaling product volume up or down)


How to Run an AIQ Data Analytics Report

  1. In the left-hand navigation, click Data Analytics > Analytics

  2. Select an audience in the Audience(s) Analyzing field

    • For high-level analysis, choose All Tracked Users

    • Or select any saved audience

  3. (Optional) Select a date range

    • You can compare against another date range to generate a side-by-side view

  4. Click Run Analysis

โš ๏ธ If you change the audience or date range, click Run Analysis again to refresh the report.


Best Practices

  • Start broad (All Tracked Users), then narrow into specific audiences

  • Use date comparisons to identify growth trends

  • Combine predictive metrics with historical data for stronger planning

  • Regularly revisit reports as new data accumulates
