Getting Started
Before customers can download your Mobile App:
Complete the App Store deployment process
Configure your Mobile App settings in AIQ
Once deployed, you can customize app features and branding.
Web Wallet
The Web Wallet allows customers to:
View points balances
Redeem rewards
Access discounts
This option requires no app download and works on any device.
Recommended Image Sizes
For best display quality:
Discount Images: 1024 × 768 px
(Defaults to company logo if blank)Updates Images: 1000 × 1000 px
Badge Images: 500 × 500 px

For AIQ Ecommerce, Jane, or Dutchie users:
Products automatically populate, including:
Popular products with available stock
Order history
Reorder functionality
Product reviews

Reviews attach to Persona profiles
Can trigger campaigns, discounts, or points
Review images populate from custom dynamic content or POS (if matched)
Manually Curating Products
If not using AIQ Ecommerce, Jane, or Dutchie:
You can configure a custom assortment under:
Mobile App → App Features → Features → Product Feed → Custom Product Feed
Click the purple plus icon to add a custom product to your feed:

Customers can:
Shop Tab
Located under:
Settings > Mobile App → App Features → Shop Tab
Allows you to embed your ecommerce menu via iFrame.
Shop with AIQ Ecommerce
Automatically linked
Customers are seamlessly signed in
🔹 If no email is attached to a loyalty profile, customers will be prompted to add one.
Shop with Non-AIQ Ecommerce
For all other ecommerce providers, you will need to obtain your embeddable menu link from your provider directly.
🔹 Key Requirements:
The link must include http:// or https:// to function properly.
Customers will need to sign in twice—once for the Mobile app and again for the iFramed menu to complete their purchase.

Displays a history of:

Emails are previewed in inbox (too large for in-app display)

Profile
Customers can:
Edit personal information
Verify email/phone via PIN
Opt in/out of notifications
Logout
Delete account will remove the account entirely, and the customer will not be able to accrue points or receive marketing efforts.
This helps maintain account security while ensuring a seamless experience for customers.
FAQs
The FAQs section allows you to add common questions and answers to help customers quickly find the information they need.
Located under:
Settings > Mobile App → App Features → FAQs
⚠️If no FAQs are added, this section will not appear in your Mobile App
Providing a well-structured FAQ section enhances the user experience by offering quick, self-service support.
Collectible Codes
If enabled, customers can redeem codes directly in the app and instantly receive points.
Share This App
Located under Settings > Mobile App > App Features > Features > Share this App
Customers can:
Access their Refer-a-Friend link
Leave store reviews
Scan to Pay
Located under Settings > Mobile App > App Features > Features > General
With a Birchmount Network integration, you can unlock the ability to active Digital Spend Cards directly in your app.
Convert to Gift Card
With a Birchmount Network integration, stores can allow their customers to convert their loyalty points in exchange for a dollar amount added to their Digital Spend Cards
