Native Push Campaigns

If you have the AIQ Mobile App, you can send customers native push notifications directly to their devices. Push campaigns are just as easy to send as SMS, but without the filtration and deliverability challenges that come with text messaging.

  • Owner

Plan Requirement:

Native Push Notifications are only available if you either:

  • Purchase a separate Native App plan, or

  • Are on Marketing Enterprise, which includes a Pro-level mobile app.

If your account does not include an active mobile app plan, the Native Push channel will not be available in Campaign Builder.
