Background
Collectible codes offer an alternative way to accrue loyalty points without requiring purchases or referrals.
Collectible codes can be used in product packaging, marketing materials, business cards, and more to provide a single-use gift of points. To keep things simple, codes are easily redeemed through your existing AIQ Ecommerce menu or your store's AIQ Mobile App + Web Wallet.

Collectible Codes
Enable Collectible Codes
When enabled, the Collectible Code redemption field will show in the Loyalty App (both native and web wallet) and on your AIQ Ecommerce menus.
Navigate to Settings > Loyalty
Scroll to the General Accrual section
Toggle on Enable Collectible Code Loyalty
Click Save
Generate Collectible Codes
Navigate to Settings > Loyalty
Scroll to the General Accrual section
Click Manage Collectible Codes
Click (+) in the top right. Here you can define how many codes to generate, the points awarded per code, and add a prefix (e.g. YAYFEST) to help you keep track of your different collectible code batches.
Note: Default codes are between 7 and 10 characters. Prefixes have a limit of 15 characters.
View Collectible Codes History
Navigate to Settings > Loyalty
Scroll to the General Accrual section
Click Manage Collectible Codes
Here you can view your history of AIQ generated collectible codes and download CSVs containing the collectible codes.
Download Codes CSV
Navigate to Settings > Loyalty
Scroll to the General Accrual section
Click Manage Collectible Codes
Hover over the row of the codes you want to download. You'll see a three dot (•••) menu appear on the far right side. Click (•••), then click Download Codes.
ℹ️ Note: Download a recent version of the codes CSV to see updated info on which codes have been redeemed, when they were redeemed, and the contact ID of the persona who redeemed the code.
Collecting and Redeeming Codes
Collectible Code redemptions will instantly add loyalty points to the customer's loyalty account in AIQ.
Customers are able to redeem collectible codes in a variety of ways:

Web Wallet
Signup Form
AIQ Ecommerce
⚠️ Warning: A collectible code can only be redeemed one time! If a code is attempted to be redeemed again, the backend will return the error: sql: no rows in result set. This error is intentionally vague to prevent exposing sensitive info to potential bad actors.
FAQs
Are Collectible Codes able to be dynamically added to campaigns?
At this time, Collectible Codes cannot be added dynamically to campaigns. Collectible Codes are designed to add codes to swag, packaging, or other methods to reach customers and boost engagement.
