How to Schedule Offers
To enable and disable the redemption availability of an offer automatically, you can set a schedule for it. Scheduling can be used for any offer type.
Example offers that may use a schedule:
Recurring Happy Hour discounts, 4-6pm every weekday
Running a branded marketing campaign for the month of March βοΈ
Holiday discounts: Halloween, Thanksgiving π¦
An offer must be enabled for the schedule to take effect. A scheduled offer will always remain visible to customers even when it's not currently available. To remove it from the menu entirely, disable or delete it.
Create a Schedule
Select the offer you want to add a schedule for, or create a new one with the Add button (+)
Fill in your offer details until you reach the Settings tab
Toggle ON Schedule
Set your schedule. You do not need to fill in all fields if you want certain settings to be ongoing (e.g. If you want the offer to be valid every Monday for eternity, just select that box and nothing else).
Click Next, then Save your changes
Delete a Schedule
Navigate to Menu > Offers
Select the offer
Navigate to the Settings tab
Toggle OFF Schedule
Click Next, then Save your changes
Optional Time Field
The time field is used to specify the start and end time for an offer within each day. For example, if a deal runs only during store hours, enter a start time of 8:00 AM and end time of 10:00 PM. Note that this field applies to daily time ranges only, not across multiple days.
βΉοΈ Note: Scheduled sale products will display on menus the Offer's category "Items on Sale" before/after the sale is live.
