Scheduling Offers

Automatically enable and disable offers on a schedule for any offer type. Set start/end dates, days of the week, or daily time ranges.

How to Schedule Offers

To enable and disable the redemption availability of an offer automatically, you can set a schedule for it. Scheduling can be used for any offer type.

Example offers that may use a schedule:

  • Recurring Happy Hour discounts, 4-6pm every weekday

  • Running a branded marketing campaign for the month of March ā˜˜ļø

  • Holiday discounts: Halloween, Thanksgiving 🦃

An offer must be enabled for the schedule to take effect. A scheduled offer will always remain visible to shoppers even when it's not currently available. To remove it from the menu entirely, disable or delete it.

Create a Schedule

  1. Select the offer you want to add a schedule for, or create a new one with the Add button (+)

  2. Fill in your offer details until you reach the Settings tab

  3. Toggle ON Schedule

  4. Set your schedule. You do not need to fill in all fields if you want certain settings to be ongoing

    1. E.g. If you want your offer to start and end on a certain day and time, then use the Start Date and End Date fields

    2. E.g. If you want the offer to be valid every Monday for eternity, just select the Monday checkbox and nothing else

  5. Click Next, then Save your changes

Delete a Schedule

  1. Navigate to Menu > Offers

  2. Select the offer

  3. Navigate to the Settings tab

  4. Toggle OFF Schedule

  5. Click Next, then Save your changes

Start and End Date Fields

The offer starts and ends at these exact dates and times (in the store's timezone). For example, if an offer runs for the entire month of July, enter a start date of July 1 at 12:00 AM and enter a end date of July 31 at 11:59 PM.

Days of the Week

Optional Field - These checkboxes are used to specify which day of the week an offer will be valid. For example, let's add on to the scenario in the section above. Say you're running an offer for the month of July, but only on weekends. In addition to the above start and end times, you would then select the checkboxes for Saturday and Sunday. Another example, if you want an offer to run every Tuesday indefinitely, then only select the Tuesday checkbox.

Start and End Time Fields

Optional Field - The time field is used to specify the start and end time for an offer within each day. For example, if a deal runs only during store hours, enter a start time of 8:00 AM and end time of 10:00 PM. Note that this field applies to daily time ranges only, not across multiple days.

ā„¹ļø Note: Scheduled sale products will display on menus the Offer's category "Items on Sale" before/after the sale is live.
