Background
AIQ Ecom can pull offer settings that have been configured in Dutchie POS.

Configure Integration
You will need to setup offer syncing with Dutchie POS. To begin, go to Store > Integrations > Dutchie POS.
Location ID: First enter in your Location ID. This is the ID of your location in Dutchie POS. If you need help finding this, reach out to Dutchie's support team. This is required for store segmentation
Sync Offers (pull from POS): Enable this setting to begin pulling offers from Dutchie into AIQ Ecommerce.
Creating Offers in Dutchie POS
In order for offers to sync from Dutchie POS to AIQ Ecom, ensure that each offer has the following settings set:
Application Method: AutomaticAvailable Online: Yes
Sale Offers
Please ensure all Sale offers use Threshold: No threshold setting in Dutchie.
Percent off sale: Use Dutchie's
Discount method: Percent offDollar off (Flat Amount) sale: Use Dutchie's
Discount method: Amount off - each item
BOGO Offers
To set up a BOGO (buy x, get y) discount in Dutchie POS, use one of the supported condition types below. The total item count determines the qualifying set — for example, "buy 2, get 1" uses a value of 3.

ℹ️ Note: AIQ's offers engine always applies the discount to the lowest-priced item in the qualifying set, regardless of how this field is configured in Dutchie.
Discount method: Percent off— for a percentage discount on the free/discounted itemDiscount method: Amount off - total amount— for a dollar amount off the discounted item

ℹ️ Note: Scheduling is not required for BOGO offers to sync to AIQ Ecommerce. If you want to run a BOGO offer on a specific schedule, refer to the Scheduling section below.
Mix and Match -> Flat Offers
Setting up Mix and Match discounts in Dutchie POS will map to our Deal\:Flat offers.
Please be sure to use the following settings in Dutchie POS:
Threshold: Total itemsDiscount method: Price to amount - total amountORDiscount Method: Price to amount - each itemDiscount type: Mix and Match
Bundle Deals
⚠️ Warning: We currently do not support Dutchie POS's Bundle discounts. Please use Mix & Match (Flat Offers) instead.
If you are creating Bundle deals and not seeing them sync over to Ecom, it's because we do not support them. You should mark them with the following setting:
Available Online: No
Promo Codes
Promo codes are only supported with BOGO and Flat Offers (Mix and Match). When creating a promo code-only deal in Dutchie POS, please be sure to set your promo code in the Code section of Dutchie POS's discounts.
ℹ️ Note: The same promo code cannot be used for multiple offers. AIQ Ecommerce requires each promo code name to be unique, otherwise they will not sync over.
Scheduling
Scheduling is not required for offers to sync to AIQ Ecommerce. The fields below are only needed if you want to run an offer on a specific schedule:
Weekly Occurance: Input the dates of the week you'd like the offer to run.
Date start and end: Once weekly occurance is set up in Dutchie, please ensure the date and time found on Dutchie's details page is set up with the dates you'd like this offer to run.
Optional:
Time range: If you choose to use the time range, please be sure to set up the time range per day (e.g. 10am start, 10pm end).
Store Segmentation
If you have more than one location in Dutchie and AIQ Ecommerce, you can filter which offers are available in which locations in Dutchie POS.
⚠️ Warning: You MUST add the Store ID in the Dutchie POS integration settings to do store segmentation for offers. If Store ID is left blank, we will apply the offer to all locations in AIQ Ecommerce where Pull Offers is enabled regardless of how your account is setup in Dutchie POS.
Limit Use Per Customer
The Per Customer Limit in Dutchie POS maps to the Limit use per customer setting in AIQ Ecom.
Offer Naming and Descriptions
The shopper-facing offer name will be pulled first from
Menu Display Name. If no result is found we will then look atOnline Name.The internal name will pulled from the
Discount descriptionin Dutchie.The offer description will be pulled from the
Menu display description(online details).
Offer Images
If an offer image exists in Dutchie, it will be pulled from the Menu display image Url (online details).
Discount Stacking
Discount stacking will use your AIQ ecom stacking settings. If your AIQ ecom stacking settings are either No Double Stacking or Allow Stacking we will default all synced offers to use store-level stacking settings. If your AIQ ecom stacking settings is No Stacking, they will default to No Stacking.
Troubleshooting
Issue: Offers are not syncing over from DutchiePOS.
Resolution: Check that the following are configured correctly:
You have the correct settings for each offer type listed above.
You do not have duplicate promo codes for different offers (we require a unique promo code per offer).
You have entered a Store / Location ID in the integration setings.
AIQ Ecom does not support Dutchie POS's Bundle discounts. Please use Mix & Match (Flat Offers) instead.
