How to Use Banners
Banners will appear on the top home screen of your menu. Use these to showcase offers, new products, or communicate store changes or updates (e.g. 'We've launched delivery!').
Banners live at the organization/company level, so you can set up a banner at a single location, multiple locations, or all your locations, to help you keep things consistent across your org.
View Banners
Navigate to Menu > Banners
Reordering Banners
To reorder how the banners will appear on your menu, use either the up/down arrows or you can input the number to indicate which position you want the banner.
Turning Banners ON/OFF
Use the Status toggle to show/hide banners from your menu without deleting them. Alternately, schedule banners to automate turning on or off.
Adding a Banner
Navigate to Menu > Banners
Click the Add (+) button
Select locations you want this banner to apply to
Enter a description
Select a Destination Link (see instructions below)
Upload your image
Optionally, toggle on Schedule to define a start and end date for your banner.
Save
Scheduling a Banner
Optionally set banners to show on specific days of the weeks, or during certain hours. Add a start or end date to ensure banners are showing when appropriate.
Banner Image Sizes
You only need to upload 1 banner (we recommend about 1300 x 430 pixels in size) and it will resize for the different breakpoints.
Banner Destination Links
Destination Links allow you to choose which section of your menu the customer will navigate to after clicking on a banner.
Select from:
Default (All Categories)
Specific Category and/or Brand
Specific Offer
All Offers
Custom Link
Deleting a Banner
Navigate to Menu > Banners > select the desired banner
Click the more menu (...) in the upper right
Click Delete
Confirm delete
