The Menu Note is an informational banner displayed at the top of your menu home screen. It's a great way to share important updates with your customers, such as:
Store hours or holiday closures
Pickup or delivery instructions
Customer support or help information
Temporary announcements or promotions
Collapsing Behavior
The Menu Note is an informational banner displayed at the top of your menu home screen. To improve the mobile experience, Menu Notes longer than approximately four lines are automatically collapsed.
Customers can expand the message by selecting "Show More"
Shorter notes will display in full by default
How to Edit the Menu Note
Edit the Content
Open Day Settings by selecting the settings gear icon in the header.
Edit the text in Menu Note field
If you leave this blank, no note will show
Click Save.
Choose whether to apply the changes:
For today only, or
For all days going forward
Edit the Design
You can customize the appearance of your Menu Note to match your brand.
Navigate to: Global Branding Settings > Colors
From there, you can configure:
Menu Note Background Color
Menu Note Background Opacity
Menu Note Text Color
