Time Slots

Enabling Time Slots lets customers choose a pickup or visit time that works for them. Fully customizable by order type, time slots help manage store capacity, reduce wait times, and create a smoother shopping experience.

First Time Setup (Default Time Slots)

⚠️ Before setting up your stores time slots, please ensure that all applicable order types have been enabled (In-Store, Delivery, Etc.)

Setting up your defaults will override all existing time slots for each of your order types. Please ensure you set up all defaults at the same time. For highly personalized time slots, you can still add these in manually.

  1. Navigate to the settings gear icon in the header > Pickup/Delivery Times
    ​

  2. Select Edit Defaults and navigate to your store's order type

  3. Check the first day of the week your store is open

  4. Enter the Start and End times for the day

  5. Enter in the minutes per time slot and order quantity allotted for each time slot

  6. If hours are the same for the next day, click copy to bring the data to the next day
    ​

  7. Complete the above steps for each order type enabled
    ​

  8. Once you have set up all time slots for each order type, select Save
    ​

Add Individual Time Slots

If you would like more customizable time slots, you can still set these up individually by selecting the plus icon in the top right corner of the page.

  1. Click the + in the top right corner

  2. Date is the start date (defaults to today's date)

  3. Choose your start time and your end time for the time slot

  4. Define how many orders you want to accept for the time slot (quantity)

  5. Choose your frequency (once or weekly)

  6. If weekly, define what days of the week you want this time slot to appear

  7. Until is the end date. Leave this blank if you want it to repeat indefinitely

  8. Select Save

Adjusting Time Slots

Easily update your existing timeslots by following these steps.

Note: If your account is seeing lingering issues from daylight savings change, you will need to make updates to your default or custom timeslots. For default time slots, stores can adjust a single field to regenerate accurate times. For additional time slots, please update time start and end and hit save.

Adjusting default time slots will override all existing time slots per order type. If you utilize both default and additional time slots per order type, you will need to regenerate the additional time-slots after you reset your defaults.

Navigate to the Time Settings

Access your day settings by navigating to the manage page and selecting the setting wheel in the top navigation bar. Then select Pickup/Delivery Times.

Updating Default Time Slots

  1. Select the desired order type you would like to make updates to.

  2. Select Edit Defaults

  3. Edit the desired fields in each column. If each day has the same configuration, use the copy button to pull your updates into the next day.

  4. Once the changes are complete, select Save

  5. You will need to perform this action for each order type

Default time slots may take a couple of minutes to generate.

Updating Additional Time Slots

  1. Use the date picker to ensure you are on the correct date where you'd like the updates to be made.

  2. Toggle to the order type you wish to update.

  3. Select the time slot you are looking to update or select the + to add a new one.

  4. Adjust any of the editable fields desired.

  5. Click Save

  6. Perform these steps for each timeslots you wish to edit.

Delete Individual Time Slots

  1. Select the time slot

  2. Choose more options

  3. Select Delete and choose:

    • Just Today

    • All Days

Edit Individual Time Slots

  1. Select the time slot

  2. Edit any one of the three fields:

    • Start time

    • End time

    • Quantity
