Turn Ordering Off

Turn off or pause ordering in AIQ Ecommerce when your store is at capacity or needs to close early. Use the Manage tab toggle or edit Time Slots for advance scheduling.

Turn Ordering Off

If your store is at capacity, has run out of product, or needs to close early, you can turn off ordering.

Turn Off or Pause Ordering

  1. Navigate to the Manage tab

  2. Click the settings icon in the header

  3. Toggle off 'Accept Orders'. This will disable or pause ordering for the day.

Customize Your Order Paused Message

When ordering is turned off, shoppers see a banner on your menu that reads "We are not currently accepting orders." To customize this message, toggle off 'Accept Orders' and enter your own text in the Order Paused Message field — for example, "We're closed due to a storm, be back tomorrow!" Leave the field blank to keep the default message.

Edit Your Default Time Slots

To turn off ordering or set special hours in advance (e.g. holidays), you can edit your Time Slots for just that day.
