Drive Through Orders
When this option is selected, customers will be able to place orders and pick up via a drive-through window, without setting foot in the store.
Enable Drive Through Orders
If your location allows customers to pick up at a drive-through window, enable this option.
Require Pickup Times
Choose whether your location wants to require customers to select a predefined pickup time when checking out.
Payment Types
Choose which payment types you accept at the drive-through so customers know how they are able to pay. Reach out to us if you have questions about prepayment options.
Time Slot Shut Off
Choose when you would like your time slots to disable on the consumer menu.
Drive Through Arrival Form
When customers arrive, they can select the "I'm Here" option in their email or on their order confirmation page. Staff will be notified that the customer has arrived via a toast notification on the orders management screen.
You can optionally enable/disable this button via the toggle.
Drive Through Fees
Fees are fully customizable: set a custom name, amount (%/$), and whether the fee is taxable. You can add as many fees as you want. Fees set here apply to all Curbside orders.
How to add a Drive Through Order Fee:
Navigate to Store > Settings > Drive Through > Add Fee.
Enter a fee name, the amount (percentage or dollar amount), and check the checkbox if this fee is taxable.
Click Save in the top right to save your changes.
β οΈ Warning: Marking a fee as taxable means the fee will be taxed based on your store's tax settings. This will not compound with your other taxes.
