Prerequisites
Before getting started, ensure you have:
Required Permissions
Surveys are accessible to users with one of the following roles:
Analyst
Marketing
Marketing + Analyst
Operator
Owner
Other Requirements
A Marketing Pro subscription (or higher)
How to View Survey Responses
Navigate to Customers > Surveys
Click on a survey from the table
You will see survey-level metrics including:
Sends
Visits
Submissions
Questions
Start Date/Time
End Date/Time
Last Submission
Locations (if applicable)
Below these metrics, a table lists all survey questions. Click into a question to access its individual reporting.
Single Question View
Clicking on a question provides detailed insights, including:
Number of submitters
Number of submitted answers
Submission date for each response
Submission location (if available)
This view allows for deeper analysis of individual question performance and response trends.
How to Download Survey Responses
Navigate to Customers > Surveys
Click on a survey
Select Download CSV
This will export the full response dataset for that survey.
