Sharing Surveys

Surveys can be distributed in several ways depending on how you want customers to access them. The most common method is through campaigns, but surveys can also be embedded on websites, shared via direct links, or distributed using QR codes.

  1. Navigate to Marketing > Campaigns

  2. Create a new campaign

  3. Complete required steps and go to the Content page

  4. Click the Landing Page tab

  5. Click + Survey

In the Survey Macros pop-up:

  2. Paste the copied survey macro as the destination link

When customers receive the campaign and click the button, they will be directed to the survey.

Tracking Considerations

  • Surveys attached to campaigns can be tracked through campaign analytics.

  • Standalone links or QR codes may generate responses outside of campaign reporting.

Keep this in mind when reviewing stats and response data.
