Navigate to Settings > Company Account > Activity Logs for User, Points, and Email logs.
User Activity
Here you can see staff member activities and actions taken within the platform.
Filter by Date Range to see a high-level view of all staff members' actions or add a User's email to see activity from that specific staff member.
The object is the part of the platform that was created, updated, or manipulated in any way by the staff member.
Points Activity
The Points activity logs show any changes to your shoppers' points.
π¨ Important: A pink block suggests an anomaly in points adjustment activity.
Email Activity
Here you can see email activity for a particular date range or email address (recipient).
