Activity Logs

View User Activity, Points Activity, and Email Activity logs in AIQ Settings. Filter by date range, user email, or recipient to audit platform actions.

Navigate to Settings > Company Account > Activity Logs for User, Points, and Email logs.


User Activity

Here you can see user activities and actions taken within the platform.

Filter by Date Range to see a high-level view of all users' actions or add a User's email to see activity from that specific user.

The object is the part of the platform that was created, updated, or manipulated in any way by the user.

Points Activity

The Points activity logs show any changes to your customers' points.

🚨 Important: A pink block suggests an anomaly in points adjustment activity.

Email Activity

Here you can see email activity for a particular date range or email address (recipient).
