How to View Activity Logs
ℹ️ Note: Permissions: Only staff with the Write Org permission can view the Activity Logs.
Navigate to Organization > Activity Logs
Here you can view the high-level activity information within the table
Click on a row to see a more detailed breakdown about what was changed
To filter/search for actions by a particular user, you can enter their name or email in the search bar.
Note: We keep activity logs for 90 days.
What's Tracked
The Activity Logs record user activity for all stores within your organization. This includes:
Products: created, updated (does not include delete)
Time Slots: created, updated (does not include delete)
Store Settings: updated
What's not tracked, changes to:
Orders
Chat
Categories
Banners
Reviews
Offers
Customers
Integrations
Printers
