Members Settings

Priority Messaging

Any contacts added to the priority list will be pushed to the top of the message queue when sending campaigns.

IP Address Whitelist

Set IP addresses that are allowed to login to AIQ. If none are entered, all IP addresses will be allowed.

Employee Points Blocklist

Add phone numbers and/or emails that you would like to block from accruing points.

You can save without an end date so that the block will be permanent.

To edit a blocklisted persona, click on their entry in the table, update the info above, and click "Update".

  • Blocklisted employees are still eligible to receive SMS and to view their wallet, however, they are not allowed to redeem points-based discounts.

  • If someone is removed from the blocklist, they can then earn points for any purchases made during the time they were on the blocklist, as long as they were a loyalty member at the time of purchase.

Role Permissions

Set custom role permissions for the different roles. These toggles will override permissions for every user at your company with that role. See Team Members for more info.

  • Manager: Edit points β€” This allows 'Manager' roles to edit a persona's loyalty points.

  • Manager: Add points or Staff: Add points β€” This allows these roles to add loyalty points to a persona.

  • Staff: Edit persona traits β€” This allows staff to edit persona traits, such as phone or name.

  • Marketing: Send campaigns without Owner/Operator approval β€” By default, campaigns require Owner/Operator approval before being sent. You can override this by turning this setting ON.

  • When OFF: The Owner/Operator will be required to approve any campaigns prior to launch; they'll receive an email upon campaign save. Campaigns created by users with 'Marketing' roles will automatically move to a 'Pending Approval' status. Owners/Operators can switch the status to 'Live'.

  • When ON: Marketing roles can send campaigns without Owner/Operator approval.

  • Marketing: Launch Flows β€” Marketing roles can create flows, but not launch them unless this is enabled.
