Sharing the App

The easiest way to provide customers access to your AIQ Mobile App or Web Wallet is through your dedicated App Login URL. This makes it simple for customers to view points, redeem rewards, and engage with your loyalty program.

Prerequisites

Before getting started, ensure you have:

Required Permissions:

Accessing the App Login URL requires Owner permissions

Where to Find Your App Login Link

  1. Navigate to:
    ​Settings → Loyalty → Click the More (...) button > Share > Share Mobile App Access

  2. From this page, you can access:

    • Your App Login URL

    • A downloadable QR code

Common Ways to Share Your Mobile App

Retailers often share Mobile App access through:

  • Website Button
    Add a “Loyalty Member Login” button linking to your App Login URL

  • Digital Screens
    Display the QR code on in-store monitors or TVs

  • Printed Materials
    Include the QR code on menus, flyers, or signage

  • Store Check-In
    Place the QR code at the register or entrance for easy scanning

Best Practice

Providing multiple ways for customers to access the Mobile App increases engagement and makes it easier for customers to participate in your rewards program.
