Astro is the AI layer built into AIQ. Astro is a large language model that lives inside AIQ and automatically routes each request to the right model, tool, and data source to answer it.

One place to run your whole tech stack
Your data does not live in one system, and neither does your work. Astro is built to collect third-party data, combine outside sources with what AIQ already knows about your business, and remove the integration barriers that normally sit between you and an answer. The result is full control of your tech stack from a single place.
In practice, that looks like three things:
Bringing outside sources in. Upload files or paste links and Astro learns from them alongside your AIQ data. Orders, inventory, customers, and loyalty sync automatically. See Shared Memory.
Reading live from connected systems. Inventory and product lookups pull directly from your connected POS, so the answer a shopper gets on the phone or on your site is the answer your store floor would give.
Working inside third-party systems without leaving AIQ. Astro Live Browser with Dutchie opens a live view of your Dutchie backoffice from an Astro chat. Check inventory, pull and download sales reports, look up customers and transaction history, review or update backoffice, POS settings, and create or update promotions and discounts, all from the same conversation.

1. Astro Prompt
Describe the campaign. Get the campaign.
Prompt Astro in plain English to generate audiences, copy, email HTML, flows, and discounts. Ask business questions to get live, exportable tables and charts, then act on the results immediately, building targeted audiences and campaigns straight from what you just pulled. The report is not the deliverable; the campaign that follows is.
Everything Astro creates stays a draft until you review and activate it yourself. Every Astro-created asset is tagged with the Astro icon so you can always tell what it built.

2. Shared Memory
Teach it once. Every agent knows it.
One knowledge layer serving both Voice AI and Chat AI, so there is no second setup. Upload files and links as Knowledge Buckets, add FAQ pairs, and write Behaviors, the conditional rules that tell your agents how to respond when specific conditions are met. Set defaults account-wide, then override them per location. Many stores, one knowledge base.

3. Voice AI
Every missed call is a lost sale.
An AI agent answers the phone in the voice you choose. It verifies callers before discussing anything account-level, checks orders and live inventory, shares points balances and rewards, signs customers up for loyalty, and warm-transfers to a person with a briefing on who is calling and why.
Every call comes back with intent, sentiment, resolution, tools used, and a full transcript, so you can finally see what your customers actually call about.

4. Chat AI
Every shopper gets an answer.
An AI agent on your website answers store, menu, and product questions, and, once it has verified the customer, checks their loyalty balance, rewards, and recent orders. It runs on the same knowledge and the same tools as Voice AI, so answers stay consistent online and by phone. Customize the widget's name, starter questions, and appearance to match your brand.

5. Onboarding
Eleven steps from signed to running.
A guided setup takes your account from welcome email to a working platform. Astro pre-builds all eleven items from your existing brand info: retail stores, brand assets, a carrier-safe texting logo, mobile app branding, 10DLC registration, signup forms, sending domain, starter email and SMS flows, social links, and loyalty tiers. You approve, change, or regenerate each one. A persistent progress bar shows what is complete and what still needs you. Skip steps and return anytime.

Terpli AI
Terpli is AIQ's product recommendation engine for your ecommerce experience. It uses machine learning to analyze what shoppers view, what they add to cart, historical purchase data, and product attributes, then surfaces the items each shopper is most likely to buy. There are no recommendation rules to configure and no product tagging required.
If you run both Chat AI and Terpli, shoppers choose their path when they open the widget: Get Recommendations goes to Terpli, Talk with chat goes to Chat AI.

Give Voice AI a number and a voice. Attach your memory bucket, then point your store line at it.
