Astro Live Browser with Dutchie

Astro can open a live view of your Dutchie from chat in the AIQ dashboard. You can look things up or make changes in Dutchie without leaving AIQ.

Your tech stack, controlled from one place.

Your data does not live in one system, and neither does your work. Astro Live Browser removes the integration barrier between AIQ and the other systems you run: Astro opens a live view of your Dutchie backoffice from an Astro chat, so you can look things up and make changes without leaving AIQ and without waiting on an integration to be built.

For an overview of the full suite, see Meet Astro.

What Astro Can Do with Dutchie

Log into your Dutchie backoffice from an Astro chat and look things up or make changes.

  • Check inventory (what’s in stock by brand, product, or location)

  • Pull sales reports for a date range (revenue, orders, discounts, and similar)

  • Download a report from Dutchie

  • Look up customers and transaction history

  • Review or update backoffice, POS, and ecom/menu settings

  • Create or update promotions and discounts in Dutchie

Note: A Dutchie discount lives in Dutchie. An AIQ discount lives in AIQ. Tell Astro which one you want.

Best everyday uses: quick inventory questions, sales snapshots, and downloading a report — then follow-ups in the same chat (another brand, another date range, another report).

What Astro Needs Before Using Dutchie

To work in Dutchie, Astro needs your Dutchie login. If anything’s missing, Astro will ask for it:

  • Dutchie username

  • Dutchie password

Prompt to use:

Can you log into Dutchie using my username [your Dutchie username] and password [your Dutchie password]?

A few details that matter:

  • Stay in the same chat after you log in. Follow-ups usually don’t need a new login. A new chat may need a new login.

  • Use a Dutchie login that already has access to the stores and tools you want Astro to use. Astro can only do what that login is allowed to do.

  • Dutchie only. Don’t ask Astro to log into other websites.

  • For live changes (discounts, settings, etc.), Astro should confirm the details with you first.

Note: If a report comes back empty, Dutchie may have no data for that date range or location. Try a period you know had sales, or specify a store.

How It Works

  1. Log in. Send the prompt above with your Dutchie username and password. You may see a live view of Dutchie while Astro works.

  2. Ask in plain language. Inventory, a sales report, a download, a customer lookup — whatever you need in Dutchie.

  3. Stay in the conversation. Astro keeps that Dutchie session for follow-ups.

  4. You get the details back. Astro summarizes what it found or changed. For a download, it will pull the report from Dutchie.

Example prompts

  • How many products do I have in stock for the Jeeter brand?

  • Pull a sales report for last month.

  • Download the sales report for last month.
