Alias emails are no longer needed for multiple AIQ account management. One email address can now be connected to as many AIQ accounts as needed.
Adding a Team Member Who Already Has an AIQ Login
When a merchant wants to add a Team Member that already has an AIQ login, simply add that shopper's email address to their Team Member Profile and save. You will no longer receive an error saying that email is already in use or not available.
Switching Between Multiple AIQ Accounts
Shoppers with access to more than one AIQ account can easily switch between accounts by clicking on the Account Icon in the top left of the Dashboard and selecting their desired connected AIQ account from the drop down.

What happened to alias emails?
Alias emails were previously required when a team member needed access to more than one AIQ account. With Universal Login, this workaround is no longer necessary. Existing alias-based logins will continue to work, but new ones do not need to be created.
