View and manage your AIQ subscription plans, credit usage, invoices, and billing history. Covers upgrades, downgrades, and how billing changes take effect.

Background

The Billing section provides a comprehensive view of your current subscription, past invoices, usage details, and credit balance. It's designed to give you full transparency into your AIQ billing information so you can manage your plan and account confidently.


Settings & Configuration

Billing Plans

This section shows your current AIQ product plans and any active add-ons.

From here, you can upgrade or change your plans and/or change your messaging credit package.

Billing History

View a complete history of your past billing activity in the Billing History section.

Credit Usage

You can track how many credits you've used and how many remain in your account. Credits are deducted based on actions like campaign sends or specific feature usage.

ℹ️ Note: This does not get updated in real-time. Please allow our overnight update to occur to check your credit usage balance.

Remaining Credits = Total Credits - Credits Used (e.g. Sends)

You can also see your current credit balance while setting up a new campaign, directly within the Forecast section.

Invoices

View your past invoices in the Invoices section. Each invoice includes:

  • Subscription charges

  • Add-on fees

  • Applicable taxes

Click anywhere on the Invoice preview line, and it will slide out a detailed view of the charges on the applicable invoice.

Billing Changes

You can update your subscription at any time. Here's how changes are handled:

Upgrades

Upgrading your plan (e.g., adding more features or increasing credit limits) takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. The new rate will be reflected in your next invoice.

Downgrades

Downgrading your plan will not take effect immediately. Changes will apply at the end of your current contract term and go into effect upon renewal.
