Background
The Alerts Manager is tailored to your specific account. You can set up custom event listeners to trigger alerts to your phone or email.
You can set up alerts for lots of things, such as if campaign open rate is below/above a certain threshold, if certain settings were changed (Team Member removed, Retail Store added, etc.), if your loyalty member count changed, and more.

How to Create an Alert
Navigate to Settings > Alerts & Reports > Alerts Manager
Click Add (+)
Fill out the required details:
Alert Name: Identifiable name for you
Alert When: Select the condition for what your alert will look for
Cadence: Select how often you would like the condition to be checked
Alerting Start Date: When the alerting will take effect
Spam Control: Ability to set sleep timers to the alerts so you are not spammed with alerts every time the conditions are checked.
Phones & Emails to alert: Add the phones and emails that you would like the alert to be sent to.

How to Delete an Alert
Navigate to Settings > Alerts & Reports > Alerts Manager
Click on the alert you want to delete
Click the more (...) menu in the top right
Click Delete

How to Enable/Disable an Alert
Navigate to Settings > Alerts & Reports > Alerts Manager
In the status column, you can toggle alerts on/off
How to View Alerts
Triggered alerts will be sent to your phone/email and will also show up in your Account section under Notifications.
