Account Settings

Configure AIQ company profile, SSO sign-in, email/SMS opt-out rules, campaign UTM tracking, attribution windows, and other account-level settings.

Settings & Configuration

General Profile Info

  • Company Name: The name of your company. If you're operating multiple brands from one AIQ account, input the name of the parent company.

  • Account Type: Brand, Retail, Vertical (both), etc.

  • Timezone: Company Timezone

  • Email: We require at least 1 email for billing

  • Website: Required

  • POS: Optional, however, this is helpful for us to know so we can send you relevant updates.

Sign In Settings

  • Microsoft SSO / Google SSO: Allow your team to use the Single Sign On option with your Microsoft or Google business email domain.

Message Settings

  • Email: automatic opt-outs for hard bounces: If enabled, email addresses that permanently fail to deliver will automatically be opted out from receiving future emails. Default is ON. Keep this enabled to avoid paying to send emails to invalid or nonexistent email addresses.

  • Email: automatic opt-outs for spam reports: If enabled, when a customer reports your email as spam, they will automatically be opted out from receiving future emails.

  • Email: include Apple Mail automated opens in metrics: Apple Mail may preload emails, triggering opens even if the message wasn't viewed. If disabled, Apple-generated opens are excluded from reporting and flow triggers.

  • SMS: automatic opt-outs for invalid numbers: If enabled, text messages that permanently fail to deliver will automatically be opted out from receiving future texts.

    • Permanent fail: Number is invalid or no longer in service β†’ opted out.

    • Temporary fail (unreachable): Phone off, airplane mode, or out of range β†’ not opted out.

  • Email: Double Opt-In: If enabled, your customers will have to confirm their opt-in status in order to receive emails from you.

Campaign Settings

  • Automatic UTM tracking: Set this to ON to track clicks and traffic via Google Analytics or similar platforms that store and follow UTMs.

  • Enable per store billing: Allow per store billing option within the Campaign builder.

Attribution Windows

  • Default Attribution Window: Set the number of days to attribute a sale per each marketing channel. This is the default, but can be overridden per campaign. If no default is set, AIQ defaults to an industry standard of 14 days.

  • Default Conversion Actions: Select which actions count as a conversion if the recipient makes a purchase within the set attribution window of receiving the campaign.

Other Settings

  • Custom (3rd party) App: Enable if you're using a 3rd party app connecting to our API.

  • Only use connected brand stores for Mission Control stats: Only your connected brand locations will be displayed in the Dashboard (fka Mission Control) Analytics.
