Store Info

Configure core store details in AIQ Ecommerce: store status, name, address, time zone, phone number, terms, store type (Med/Rec), and sister store linking. Accessible at Store Settings > Info.

Store Info

1. Navigate to Store Settings > Info.

2. Fill out information.

Store Status

For multiple locations, use this setting to show/hide stores in your store dropdown.

Store Name

This will appear on customer communications like SMS text messages and emails, and in the SEO Menu store dropdown.

Address

Used for state-specific compliance rules and communicating your address to customers.

Time Zone

Used for anything date/time related β€” Business Hours, Time Slots, Calendars, Date Pickers, and Analytics.

Phone Number

Used to provide your phone number to customers in automated chat responses.

Terms & Conditions

Shown during checkout, accessible via link as well as in confirmation emails.

Store Type

Options: Medical, Recreational.

If medical, Medical ID information is optional during checkout.

If your store has a sister med/rec menu, you can link them here. This creates a Med/Rec toggle in the header for customers to switch between menus.
