Cancel an Order

Cancelling an order in AIQ Ecommerce marks it as Cancelled with a status indicating who cancelled it: POS, Onfleet, Store, or Customer.

Cancel an Order

  1. Navigate to Manage > Orders

  2. Select the order that you want to cancel.

  3. Select the more button (...)

  4. Select Cancel from the dropdown, then confirm that you want to cancel.


Once you cancel an order, you will see the status is changed to "Cancelled."

Cancelled Status

Cancelled orders will contain one of the following statuses to help stores understand who cancelled an order:

  • Cancelled by: POS

  • Cancelled by: Onfleet

  • Cancelled by: Store

  • Cancelled by: Customer
