Cancel an Order
Navigate to Manage > Orders
Select the order that you want to cancel.
Select the more button (...)
Select Cancel from the dropdown, then confirm that you want to cancel.
Once you cancel an order, you will see the status is changed to "Cancelled."
Cancelled Status
Cancelled orders will contain one of the following statuses to help stores understand who cancelled an order:
Cancelled by: POS
Cancelled by: Onfleet
Cancelled by: Store
Cancelled by: Customer
