Fixing scheduled offers after the July 15th 2025 Release

After the July 15th 2025 release, some scheduled offers may need to be updated. Re-enter the Start Time and End Time in each affected offer's Settings tab.

How to Fix Scheduled Offers After the July 15th, 2025 Release

In our latest update, we made improvements to how scheduling data is handled. As part of this release, we migrated your existing scheduled data to align with the new system.

While most offers transitioned smoothly, you may notice that some previously scheduled offers are no longer behaving as expected. Review the video and steps below to address as needed.

  1. Go to your Ecom Dashboard > Menu > Offers

  2. Select the offer you want to fix. Then click Next until you get to Settings.

  3. Once on Settings, navigate to the Scheduled feature at the bottom.

  4. Re-enter the correct Start Time and End Time.

  5. Save the offer.

This will apply the changes and resolve the issue for this offer. Please repeat these steps on any other offers that are affected. If you are still experiencing issues after following these steps, please reach out to Support or your CSM.
