AIQ Ecommerce offers two ways to manage brand details on your menu. These databases work together to ensure your products display accurate, high quality brand information to your customers.
Global Brand Database: Managed by AIQ
The AIQ Global Brand Database automatically enriches your menu with brand information when a match is found.
Brands are matched using the brand name provided by your POS
Exact matches are required, including supported aliases
The database is maintained and controlled by AIQ
When a match is found, AIQ Ecommerce will automatically populate:
Brand name
Brand description
Brand logo
No manual setup is required.
Organization Brand Database: Managed by You
The Organization Brand Database allows you to manually manage your brand data directly within AIQ Ecommerce.
Fully controlled and maintained by your organization
Supports custom brand names, descriptions, logos and aliases
Always takes priority over the AIQ Global Brand Database
This gives you complete control over how brand content appears to your customers across your menu.
