Customer Password Reset

This guide explains how to reset your password for your online shopping account.

Note: These instructions are for customers shopping on a website powered by AIQ Ecommerce.


They do not apply to staff or users accessing the AIQ Ecommerce platform.


How to Reset Your Password

You can reset your password using either your email address or phone number.


Email

  1. Navigate to your dispensaries menu

  2. Click "Log In" on the upper right hand corner

  3. Click "Forget Password" and enter in the email associated with the account.

  4. Click "Reset Password"

  5. Navigate to your email associated with your account and you should receive a reset your password link.

  6. Click on the reset password link and create a new password and save.


Phone

  1. Navigate to your dispensaries menu

  2. Click "Log In" on the upper right hand corner

  3. Click "Forget Password" and enter in the phone associated with the account.

  4. Click "Reset Password"

  5. An SMS message will be delivered to your mobile device with an aiq-account link to reset your password.

  6. Click on the reset password link and create a new password and save.


FAQs

How long are our password reset links valid for?

Password reset links are valid for 24 hours. When you select a link via email after 24 hours we will prompt you to reset your password an additional time. When you select a link via text that has expired, you will be redirected to this page! If this happens, simply follow the above steps to send another password reset link.
