How to Log In
Main Menu
On the menu, click the "Log In" button in the upper right hand corner.
From there, you will be prompted to input your account email and password.
If you are new and would like to create an account, toggle to "Sign up" and enter in your account information.
Checkout
At checkout if you would like to login to your account, click "Log In" on the right hand side.
From there you will be prompted to enter in the email and password associated with the account.
If you would like to create an account, select "New Customer" on the right.
Single Sign-On (SSO)
Our Single Sign-On (SSO) feature allows customers to use one login across all of our customer-facing products within the same organization.
What Products Are Included
Mobile App
Web Wallet
E-commerce Menu
How It Works
You only need to create your login once.
If you create your account in the Mobile App, you can use the same login credentials to log into the Web Wallet and E-commerce Menu
If you create your account while checking out on the E-commerce Menu, you can use those same credentials to log into the Mobile App and Web Wallet.
There is no need to create separate accounts for each product.
If You Already Have Multiple Accounts
If you previously created separate accounts across different products within the same organization, SSO will automatically merge them into a single account.
When you log in, you'll be notified that your accounts have been combined. From that point forward, you can use the username and password you just entered to log in across all AIQ products within that organization.
This helps eliminate duplicate accounts and simplifies future logins.
