Before getting started, ensure you have:

Brand Analytics are accessible for users with the following permissions:
Analyst
Marketing
Marketing + Analyst
Operator
Owner
Other Requirements
Brand Analytics Starter subscription or above
How to Access the Retail Partners Tab
Navigate to Analytics > Brand Analytics.
Click the Retail Partners tab.
Select your desired date range (if applicable).
You will now see a summary table of all retail partners carrying your product.
Retailer Performance Overview
The main table displays performance metrics by retail partner.
Table Columns
Retailer: Name of the retail partner.
Revenue: Total sales generated at this location.
Orders: Number of orders placed.
Units Sold: Total quantity of units sold.
Velocity: Rate of product turnover (higher numbers indicate faster-moving inventory).
Avg. Days of Stock: Average number of days products remain in stock.
To view more detailed data, click any row to drill down into that specific retail partner.
Retail Partner Performance – Detailed Overview
After selecting a retailer, you’ll see expanded reporting for that partner.
Brand Overview
This section displays high-level metrics specific to your brand at the selected retailer:
Revenue: Total sales generated for your brand.
% of Total Retailer Revenue: Your brand’s share of the retailer’s overall revenue.
Total Orders: Number of orders placed containing your brand.
Units Sold: Total quantity of your brand’s products sold.
Top Performing – Products
This section highlights your best-performing products at the selected retailer.
Refer to the Top Performing – Products table for a detailed breakdown of included columns such as revenue, orders, and units sold.
Location Breakdown
The Location Breakdown section provides deeper insights by individual store location (if the retailer has multiple locations).
Metrics include:
Top Category & Brand: The best-performing category and brand combination at that location, based on total revenue.
Revenue: Total revenue generated by that location during the selected date range.
Orders: Total number of orders placed at that location during the selected timeframe.
% of Location Revenue: Percentage of that location’s total revenue attributed to your brand.
This view helps identify which specific stores are strongest performers and where growth opportunities may exist.
