Customer Login

AIQ’s Single Sign-On (SSO) feature allows customers to use one login across customer-facing AIQ products within the same organization. Customers only need to create an account once, and they can access their loyalty experience seamlessly across platforms.

Products Included in Customer SSO

Customer logins are shared across:

  • Mobile App

  • Web Wallet

  • E-commerce Menu

No matter where a customer creates their account, the same credentials work everywhere within that organization.


How Single Sign-On Works

Customers only need to create their login once.

Examples:

  • If a customer signs up in the Mobile App, they can use the same login for the Web Wallet and E-commerce Menu

  • If a customer creates an account during checkout on the E-commerce Menu, they can use those same credentials to log into the Mobile App and Web Wallet

There is no need to create separate accounts for each AIQ product.


If a Customer Already Has Multiple Accounts

If a customer previously created separate accounts across different AIQ products, SSO will automatically merge them into a single account.

When they log in:

  • They will be notified that accounts have been combined

  • Going forward, they will use the same username and password across all AIQ experiences

This eliminates duplicate accounts and simplifies future logins.


Sign Up / Log In Flow

When customers first open your Mobile App, they will be prompted to:

  • ✅ Sign up (first-time users)

  • ✅ Log in (returning users)

This ensures customers can immediately access:

  • Loyalty points

  • Rewards and discounts

  • Personalized offers


Sign Up

To create an account, customers must provide:

  • A valid phone number and/or

  • A valid email address


Already Have an Account?

If a customer has previously signed up using the same phone number or email, their account already exists.

They will need to create a password to log in.


Create Password Requirements

Customer passwords must include:

  • ✅ At least 10 characters

  • ✅ At least 1 letter (A–Z)

  • ✅ At least 1 number (0–9)

  • ✅ At least 1 symbol (!, @, $, %, etc.)

This ensures strong account security.


Log In

To log in, customers enter:

  • Email or phone number

  • Password created during setup

If they forget their password, they can use the Forgot Password? option to reset it.


PIN Code Verification

In some cases, customers may be prompted to verify their identity with a PIN code.

  1. A PIN is sent via email or SMS

  2. Customer retrieves the code

  3. Customer enters the PIN in the app to complete login

This additional verification helps keep accounts secure.
