Campaign Templates

AIQ Campaign Templates provide ready-to-go starting points for common marketing moments, including points-based promotions, birthday messages, abandoned cart reminders, and more.

Prerequisites

Before getting started, ensure you have:

Required Permissions:

Campaign templates can be accessed by users with one of the following roles:

  • Marketing

  • Marketing Analyst

  • Operator

  • Owner

How to Use a Template

  1. Navigate to Marketing > Templates
    ​

    • Or access the Template Library directly from the Campaign Builder in Step 1: Channels
      ​

  2. Click on a template category

  3. Browse the templates available in that category

    • You can also search or filter by channel (e.g., Email)

  4. Click on a template to preview its content

  5. Select Use Template

    • This will open the template inside the campaign builder

  6. Follow the normal campaign creation flow to:

    • Edit recipients

    • Adjust content

    • Update scheduling

    • Launch the campaign live

Best Practices

⚠️ Templates are not automatically customized to match your branding.

Before sending, we recommend reviewing and updating:

  • Brand voice and tone

  • Logos and styling

  • Offer details and links

  • Audience targeting

This ensures the campaign reflects your business and messaging goals.

FAQ

Can I edit a template?

Yes. Templates are fully editable once opened in the campaign builder.

⚠️ Note:
You cannot edit the template directly inside the Template Library itself—only the campaign version you create from it.
