Discount Reports

Discount Reports are available on the Discounts landing page and provide detailed insights into discount performance and redemption activity. These reports help you understand how customers are interacting with discounts and track each redemption event.

Prerequisites

Before viewing discount reports, ensure you have:

Required Permissions

Discount reports can be accessed by users with:

  • Marketing

  • Marketing + Analyst

  • Operator

  • Owner

Where to Find Discount Reports

  1. Navigate to the Marketing > Discounts

  2. Locate the Download Reports button

  3. Choose either Discount Key Stats or All Redemptions

Discount Key Stats Report

This report provides high-level performance metrics for each discount.

Fields included:

  • Discount ID
    Unique identifier for the discount

  • Discount Name
    Internal discount name (not visible to customers)

  • Updated Time
    Timestamp of the most recent settings update

  • Created Time
    Timestamp of when the discount was originally created

  • Discount Title
    Name displayed in the customer AIQ Wallet

  • Discount Body
    Description shown in the wallet and redemption page

  • Discount Opens
    Number of times customers opened/viewed the discount

  • Redemption Count
    Total number of successful redemptions

  • Expires
    Discount expiration time (stored in EPOC format)

All Redemptions Report

This report provides transaction-level detail for every redemption event.

Fields included:

  • Discount ID
    Unique identifier for the redeemed discount

  • AIQ Contact ID of Redeemer
    Unique identifier for the customer who redeemed

  • Contact Phone
    Phone number associated with the redeeming contact

  • Time of Redemption
    Date and time the redemption was processed by AIQ

  • Points Deducted
    Number of points removed from the customer’s balance

  • Contact Points Before Deduction
    Total points the customer had prior to redemption

  • Location Tag
    Where the discount was redeemed (AIQ Wallet or POS integration, if supported)

  • Was Discount Linked in a Messaging Campaign?
    Indicates whether redemption originated from a campaign link:

    • -1 = No

    • Otherwise = Campaign ID(s)
