Static Products in Campaigns

Static Products let you embed E-commerce products directly into campaigns. Products are pulled from supported integrations and displayed as customizable tiles, allowing you to showcase specific items and drive engagement within your campaigns.

Prerequisites

Before getting started, ensure you have:

Required Permissions:

Campaigns/Static Content can be accessed by users with one of the following roles:

  • Marketing

  • Marketing Analyst

  • Operator

  • Owner

Other Requirements

  • A supported E-commerce integration connected to AIQ

  • Products syncing properly from your E-commerce menu

Supported Integrations

Static Products in campaigns are supported with:

  • Dutchie

  • Jane

  • Shopify

  • WooCommerce


How to Add Static Products to Your Campaign

Step 1: Select Products to Include

  1. Navigate to:
    ​Marketing > Campaigns > Content
    (See Campaign Builder documentation for full navigation details.)

  2. Click the Static Products button.
    ​

  3. Select which products should be pulled into Campaign Builder and made available for embedding.

  4. Click Select Products to save your selection.


Step 2: Add Static Product Tiles to the Campaign

  1. In the Content step, locate the tile labeled Static Product.
    ​

  2. Drag the tile into your campaign layout.

  3. Select the product you want to display.

  4. Customize the tile design, including:

  • Call-to-action (CTA) link

  • Product information shown

  • Tile styling and layout


Advanced Customization (Optional)

Static Product tiles support custom HTML, allowing technical teams to build unique layouts, designs, or interactions beyond standard tile formatting.


Troubleshooting

Issue: Products are not appearing in Static Products
​Solution: Confirm your ecommerce integration is connected and products are syncing correctly from the menu.


FAQ

Can I upload products manually via the My Products page?

No. Static Products are automatically pulled from your e-commerce menu integrations. Manual uploads in the My Products page do not affect Static Products in Campaign Builder.
