Not only will AIQ customers continue to have access to our US based support team, but now support includes Astro, our newly trained Al agent! Chat with both our live and trained Al agent directly from your AIQ dashboard, no emails and, reduced waiting times.

The chat tool may take a few seconds to initially load.
Ad and Script blocker browsing extensions may block the tool.
During Hours of Operation
As of May 28, 2025, we’ll no longer offer support via email. Need help? Use the chat feature on your dashboard.
If an issue cannot be resolved during the live chat session and needs to be investigated further, the chatting support agent will create a ticket.
Ticket responses are sent as emails to the email address of the account that is signed into AIQ and chatting with the agent.
Tickets are used to follow up on complex challenges or issues that may need engineering resources to troubleshoot.
We typically follow up within 24 hours of the initial outreach.
Outside Hours of Operation
If you are utilizing our chat outside of our hours of operation, you will have the option to create a ticket after providing some details, and our Support team will follow us as soon as we are back in office!

Live Chat FAQs
The chat is blocking functionality I need to access on the UI, can I move it?
Not currently! To try and get around the chat widget, try the following steps:
Ctrl (or Cmd) + +: Zooms in by 25%
Ctrl (or Cmd) + - : Zooms out by 25%
Ctrl (or Cmd) + 0: Resets the zoom level to default
Ctrl (or Cmd) + Scroll wheel up: Zooms in
Ctrl (or Cmd) + Scroll wheel down: Zooms out
