Prize Wheel
Enable Prize Wheel
Navigate to Settings > Loyalty App > App Features > Prize Wheel
Toggle ON the Prize Wheel.

Prize Wheel Settings
Wheel Color 1: Set the first color in the prize wheel display.
Wheel Color 2: Set the second color in the prize wheel display.
Wheel Notch Color: Set the color of the prize wheel notch (the notch indicates what prize is to be won).
Prize Wheel Display Frequency: Set how often the customer should see the prize wheel, as well as a start date for the frequency limit. For example, if set to every 2 weeks starting June 30th, 2025, customers will see the prize wheel appear July 14th, 2025, July 28th, 2025, and so on.
Create Prize Wheel Discounts
There must be between 3 and 9 discounts for the prize wheel to work.
Navigate to Dashboard > Marketing > Discounts
Create or edit a discount.
Under the Redemption Options tab, toggle to ON Add this discount to the prize wheel?

Can we have multiple prize wheels running on the same account as long as they have different audiences?
Yes, you can set up different prize wheel discounts for different audiences.
