Store Mappings
Mapping integrations and data to your store allows AIQ to connect the dots and translate that data into information you can use within your AIQ account. If you are a multi-store account, this helps AIQ identify your customer's favorite store and how to send them the right messages.
Within 24 hours of linking to a new integration or adding a new connection, you should be prompted to map the new data source or destination to a store via your Retail Store Settings.
β οΈ Warning: Newly added integrations and stores will typically sync overnight. If your integration is not currently active and you are not seeing any information from your integration partner in 24 hours, you may need to create a test transaction to start the syncing process.
Store Review Links
Populate the user's favorite store-specific links to leave their review where it matters, when that information is available from the social partner.
The review widget, native app, and web wallet will populate the user's favorite store-specific pages when applicable.
